Thursday, July 2nd, 2009:

NO PRACTICE THIS FRIDAY, JULY 3RD.
UPS Pool is closed for Independence Day Weekend.
Practices resume next Tuesday.

ANNUAL TEAM MEMBERSHIP MEETING MONDAY, JULY 6TH AT JOESEPPI'S.
Per our team bylaws, we will be conducting our Annual Team Membership Meeting at Joeseppi's (2207 North Pearl St.) from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, July 6th.
Dinner will cost 10.00 per person and is a complete meal catered by Joeseppis. Please pay by check at the door, and remember to bring extra for gratuities for the waiter staff. Food will be served at 6:30 PM.
Swimmers (and kids) are welcome to attend, but they will need to entertain themselves during the business portion of the meeting (approx. one hour).
All parents and Master's Swimmers are strongly encouraged to attend,
as we will need a majority of our membership base in order to vote.
The meeting will focus on a summary of our team's finances and accomplishments as well as electing our 5 Two-Year Term Board Members and 2 One-Year Term Age Group Representatives.
There will be no practice at the pool that evening.

BRING IN YOUR SWIM-A-THON PLEDGES!
We held our Third Annual Swim-a-thon on June 18th (Thursday) and 19th (Friday). Please collect your pledges and help support our team.

CHANGES IN YOUR PLANS?
If you need to make changes in your monthly team fees due to financial difficulties, or extended leaves due to injury or illness, please contact Lydia Sharman (team treasurer) at ohanatreasurer@gmail.com BEFORE making changes.

WE'RE AT UPS POOL!
We swim at the University of Puget Sound Pool for the late spring and summer from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. Please park by the Gym.

WE NEED YOUR HELP AT THE NOVEMBER SWIM MEET...
We will be hosting another one day meet on Saturday, November 8th, and we need volunteers. There will be a sign up opportunity at the Annual Membership Meeting July 6th.

MEET SCHEDULE CHANGES...
Due to scheduling conflicts, we are changing our June meet from KCAC on June 6th and 7th to the Titlow Classic at Titlow Pool on Saturday and Sunday, June 26th and 27th.   We will also swim at the Summer Grand Challenge July 18th and 19th.

SWIM CHAMPIONS FITTER AND FASTER TOUR THIS AUGUST 15TH...
Megan Jendrick, Peter Vanderkaay, and Mel Stewart will be hosting two three hour swim clinics at Mount Rainer High School August 15th at 9 AM and 1 PM. More information and a signup sheet here.

MAIL IN THOSE CHECKS...

You have probably recieved a new monthly bill via email for next month. Please mail all checks to the team address listed on the invoice by the 10th of the month.

If you are having trouble staying current on your dues, please contact our Treasurer. Don't bring checks to the coaches, as they can't take them.
